Service Dogs are allowed only on a Private Charter. A service animal is any dog that has been trained to perform tasks to benefit an individual. The performed must be directly related to the individual’s disability. According to the ADA, service animals for emotional support, therapy, comfort or companionship are not considered service animals. The guest requiring the service animal must be in possession of the animal at all times.

Bare-Boat regulations stipulate the “Owner” cannot specify the crew. A selection of Master/Skippers can be provided. Rates are determined by the Master/Skipper based on trip selection. WHAT CAN THE TIKI BOAT BE USED FOR? Besides relaxing with a cold drink we can pretty much accommodate anything you had in mind.
Experience
The Charterer assumes responsibility for the vessel operation in accordance with federal and state maritime law for the duration of the charter. The Charterer assumes complete command, control and possession of the vessel as if it were their own. The Owner can recommend a list of Captains for the Charterer to hire, but cannot stipulate the selection. In addition, the skipper must have extensive knowledge of our waterways and local rules and regulations. When making a reservation all skipper information must be provided to ensure the skipper meets requirements for driving the vessel. Master/Skippers work for the Charterer as an independent contractor on an “at will” basis as agreed between the two parties.

We can provide you with a list of qualified skippers upon request. We provide an ice filled Cooler, cups/shot glasses, bottle openers and bottled water, bluetooth stereo, floating dock, and electric pump if you want to fill your own floaty up. For food and alcohol, feel free to bring your own or you can order some from any restaurant on the water. Its such a unique experience and between the TiKi, beach and water, it will be hard to beat. Children age 6 and under are required to wear a life jacket while in transit.

They are located at 302 Harbor Boulevard in Destin, situated next to the Red Door Saloon. The famous Boathouse Restaurant is down on the docks. The looks on people's faces and the smiles you receive when you cruise by the docks are priceless! This adventure is $79.95 per person. If you have a party of 5-6, most of the time we recommend a private charter.
They provide a big Yeti Cooler with plenty of ice and a Bluetooth Stereo Sound System. You may also bring along snacks for your group like fried chicken, sandwiches, and other goodies. They drop anchor at different spots, and there is a ladder that allows you to easily get down into the water to have a refreshing swim. Uninspected private recreational vessels are chartered, leased or rented to an individual (Charterer) through a written agreement. The Owner does not provide a Master/Skipper or crew. The Charterer selects and contracts a Skipper/crew of their choosing that meets requirements set forth by the owner of the vessel and that meets Coast Guard requirements.

Booking cancelations or rebooking requests will not be permitted within 48 hours of your trip departure. A Sunset Tiki Bar cruise costs $59 per person, and this is a truly heavenly experience. We are located at the Boathouse Marina. Boarding will be done right there in the slip Please check in with the Captain upon arrival at the tiki boat. Bare-Boat charter regulations require the Charterer to contact an independent Master/Skipper and pay them directly for a sum of the assigned fee set by the Master/Skipper.
This tour is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Yes, we do have bluetooth-capable 4.1 Kicker speaker system that can sync to your phone and choice of music. However if you do not have a private charter, we ask that your selection of music is considerate of those around you. 1.5HR Sunset that will cruise through Destin Harbor and under the Marler Bridge to watch the sunset on Crab Island.
You can tour the area on the floating tiki boat and even make a stop at Crab Island. The Tiki boat is captained so you don’t have to worry about navigating the boat and it can accommodate up to 10 passengers plus the skipper/master. Crab Island is a must when you come to visit.

This trip books quickly so reserve in advance.Always call to double check accurate availability. The 19′ Cobia we rented was an excellent boat. It was well maintained and had all the options a fishing boat should have. If it was longer than that, there will be no refunds. Our peak season weather is very fickle and forecasts can be very unreliable, as such we have come up with the policies to be as fair to all as possible.
