They would not listen and constantly pointed to the sticker on the lid and said if we had a problem to contact Behr itself. Home Depot owns Behr so if they are selling bad quality they should be contacting Behr as it's a product problem, but instead we need to call Behr to get our money back. Not a very good policy and after having such good quality customer service this one incident will make me go somewhere else.

Went in recently pump had gone bad again. Employee ignored me when I tried to ask her a question. Spoke to a manager about the incident, and he was very nice about it. Satisfied with management, but not with that particular employee.
